CoderCoach is operated by Brookscroft Systems, a Canadian company. The Privacy Policy linked above applies when you use the CoderCoach platform. This page adds a short notice about what this website, codercoach.com, collects when you browse it or get in touch.
What this website collects
- Demo and contact requests: when you submit the contact form, we collect the name, work email address, organization, role, and message you choose to provide.
- Technical information: like most websites, our hosting and security providers process technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request details in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers on this website. To protect the contact form from automated abuse we may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics under Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
How we use it
To respond to demo requests and enquiries, and to protect the website from abuse. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Resend — our email delivery provider, which transmits messages submitted through the contact form to our team.
- Cloudflare — bot protection on the contact form, as described above.
- Vercel — our website hosting provider.
- Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect the rights of Brookscroft Systems or others.
Retention
Website enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond to you and to manage any resulting business relationship.
Please don’t send patient information
Do not include real patient names, medical record numbers, or any other personal health information in the contact form.
